Website FAQ's - 2015
 


Q: What is my user name to login?

Your user name is your e-mail address; or you can use the exact name given on your member page (with space between first and last name).


Q: What is my password to login?

Your password should have been sent to you when you first registered.


Q: What if I forgot my password?

Type in your user name in the login area and press "Login".  Your password will immediately be sent to your e-mail address.


Q: Can I change my password?

Yes.  After you login, you can access the Security page on your member page and change your password by typing in a new password - DO NOT PRESS "CREATE".  Then be sure to press "Submit" on bottom of page.

If you want the website to provide you a new random password, press "Create" on the Security page.  Then press "Submit" on bottom of page.



Q: How come I cannot see my team rosters on the Team page?

Please be sure to login on the top right area of the website first.  You will then be able to view your teams roster. 


Q: How do I add additional e-mail addresses to my contact information?

First login to the website, which will take you to your member page.  Click on your name and on the "Edit Member Information" page, under e-mail, just add a semi-colon (;) and list additional e-mail address.
